FMP 11- Red Cross garden

Ted cross garden

I can’t see clearly. It is hotter than India. I might melt and my phone might burst due to the heat. The garden is lovely. One thing I realised after coming here is that it going to be difficult to consolidate the narrative of this project. This garden has an identity of its own. I wouldn’t want my commercial branding to take over that. I just had a talk with Shura, he mentioned the community and volunteering experience. I will talk to a volunteer now, I see lots of them. They are busy watering the plants, cleaning garbage, gardening. I hate to bother them.

  1. Higher level of gardening, personalisation as compared to bigger parks
  2. More maintainence
  3. Happy with the fact that not many people visit
  4. Easy to maintain if less people- but people are now discovering it- so rules are necessary
  5. “Wondering if people have discovered it”
  6. Lunch spots- nearby
  7. Volunteering needed
  8. Community experience- close connections

Yashashvi Phoenix park:

Intimate, nice conversations, soft talks

Wildlife- not just bears and lions- but micro orgasnisms, birds, bees

Could maintain a bit, but vibe is nice

You don’t necessarily need to go and sit in a cafe to talk to your friends
